Sugar Beach
Situated on the picturesque shores of South Maui around North Kihei, Sugar Beach Events is a beachfront venue on Maui’s sunny and sandy side, away from other resorts. It offers the use of a large house as a base for preparation and catering, while most wedding ceremonies and receptions are held outside on the lawn, steps away from the sandy beach.
Ceremonies
At Sugar Beach Events, ceremonies are held on the lawn right on the edge of the beach, with palm trees and the pacific ocean serving as the backdrop. The bride will often walk directly out of the house’s sliding glass doors, down the steps and directly down the aisle for a dramatic entrance.
Receptions
Receptions at Sugar Beach Events are as close to you can get to the beach for a wedding reception anywhere on Maui, and offer the best sunset views as well.
Portraits
Sugar Beach offers easy shoreline access for sunset portraits and palm lined vistas with the west Maui mountains as a backdrop. Earlier in the day bridal parties might take advantage of some of the greener and shadier areas along the side of the property.
