Maui Elopements & Engagements
Maui is a small island with, actually, a somewhat limited number of great venues able to accommodate full-scale weddings. However, many couples planning a small wedding or elopement on Maui choose to forego a wedding venue proper and take advantage of the beauty of the great outdoors for their ceremony and portrait session.
Permits for an elopement are available for many Maui beaches and coastal areas.
It is also possible, of course, to secure a beautiful venue for an elopement and take advantage of its facilities for getting ready as well as its private setting for ceremony and photos afterward. Often the elopements I photograph are a combination of these plans.
